Job Descriptions

(Maldives) Looking for F&B Server for a 5 star luxury hotel.

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service.
• Identify customer needs and expectations correctly, including those with special needs, and provide appropriate products, services or information.
• Meet all reasonable needs and requests of customers within acceptable enterprise time frames
Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service.
• Acquire in depth knowledge of the food & beverage menu of the assigned outlet in order to assist and      provide advice to guests.
• Have a working understanding of all Food and Beverage Restaurant and Bars in order to properly direct and advise guests.
• Conduct regular training sessions with the assigned team in line with the departmental SOP’s
• Handle the welcome of arriving guests and their seating through the hostess and take over, if she is not available
• Meet all reasonable needs and requests of customers within acceptable enterprise time frames
• Identify and take all opportunities to enhance the quality of service (up selling, guest recognition, resort knowledge).
 
Requirements: 
• 1 years' experience in similar role in a Food and Beverage department & Have a good knowledge and understanding of Food and Beverage operations
